The Alchemy Experience combines clinical hypnotherapy, Reiki, and somatic grounding to support emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and deep internal reset. Developed and guided by Anna, this experience works across mind, body, and soul — supporting a natural return to calm, clarity, and inner balance without force or pressure.

A grounded opening space to settle in, explore what’s present, enjoy tea, and set intention for your session.

Gentle Reiki supports relaxation and allows the body to fully settle.

From here, you are guided into a personalised hypnosis journey for deeper subconscious exploration and realignment.

Throughout the experience, intuitive elements such as crystals and oracle reflection may be woven in to support insight and meaning-making.

The experience closes with a gentle integration process to support grounding and reconnection.
Crystal Integration Anchor
Each experience includes a selected crystal to support grounding and integration after your session. Before you leave, an intention is set into your crystal — anchoring a key insight or internal shift from your experience. A simple, tangible reminder you can return to, supporting calm and continued integration beyond the session.
