How long is a Hypnotherapy session?
Your first appointment is approximately 70 minutes, allowing time to discuss your goals and prepare for the session. Subsequent appointments usually last 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and the type of work.

Is Hypnotherapy safe?
Hypnotherapy is a guided and supportive process and is generally considered safe for most people. Many people describe the experience as similar to meditation or the relaxed state just before sleep. While in this state, you remain aware and in control, and sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
Is Hypnotherapy suitable for everyone?
