Each personalised 20-minute video experience involves care, recording, and production time.

This includes: • A phone call with a family member to guide and record voice for use in the video • Editing and integration of familiar voice, photos, and calming imagery. Upto 10 family photos. • A 20-minute personalised audio-visual comfort track tailored specifically for your loved one (digital download)
